The Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media (YCAM) is presenting MANUAL over three weekends, from Saturday, January 24 to Sunday, February 8, 2026. The piece will be performed by Yamaguchi-based artists Ishii Soma, Hosoda Masahiro, Fujiwara Airi, Mizunuma Yuri, Kato Akari and Miyazaki Megumi, alongside the Canadian team of myself, Christopher Willes and Hanna Sybille Müller. The performance takes place in the beautiful Yamaguchi City Central Library, an incredible space designed by Arata Isozaki. We are very excited to work with a large team of artists, translators and producers in Yamaguchi, Japan.
